Proposal:  The Heavy Cushion

For this project I am going to make a cushion that looks light but is actually heavy. So this is paying on the illusion side of things.

I am planning to find suitable material that will work well with the project so that it looks aesthetically pleasing.  The inside will be something heavy like concrete or sand and the outside material will look soft, so maybe fur or silk for the fabric.

This interaction is focused on how people see a cushion as comfortable and light but then when it comes to interacting with it, it is almost shocking because it is unexpected.
